why there is English instruction ? Got my order today and it came with cheap plastic bag :( I think this is for our body and we eat it so it must have a good protect box for it .

It works for me. It doesn't help me to lose weight but for maintain my weight, especially when I eat cakes and food contains a lot of sugar. I usually take 2 pills after I finish my food. (I purchased the first one on August 22, it was $42.10, but right now it is $29. I don't understand).

Honestly it doesn’t work as well as the 3 times one of the same brand. This one helps slowing down the speed of weight gaining, which means you will gain weight in 2-3 weeks. However the 3 times one actually helps you maintain your weight despite of large volume of calories consumption.
