I purchased two of these bikes about 2-3 weeks ago. I was worried with only 1 review at the time but took a chance and am glad I did. I was going to buy a more expensive bike from a website that lets you customize them but when I got the grand total (almost double the cost of these) and was told there was a 6-8 week lead time on delivery I started looking for other options. I stumbled across this bike and decided worst case I can probably return them. So far, I am extremely happy with the bikes. Me and my wife have been riding them around and having a blast. They are VERY solidly built and have huge tires which makes you feel more stable than a regular size tire. I've gotten up to 30 MPH on mine and haven't tried to go faster as that was plenty of speed for me. If I were to make one Complaint it would be the lack of instructions. There are instructions but they warn that they are "not in the correct order for putting the bike together and you should follow their YouTube video" I tried to find this YouTube video but to my knowledge it doesn't exist. I found the company searched their videos and found other products but not this one. Luckily, I found the assembly to be pretty straight forward an obvious but someone with less skills might struggle and could get frustrated by the lack of good instructions. If anything changes Ill update this review but so far I'm very happy with my purchase.

Had a bit of a complication in ordering but they did their best to accommodate and be fair. Overall the quality of the bikes is awsome and would not hesitate to purchase them again

This bike came without all the screws to secure the handle bars , which isn't that bad , I could have easily tolerated that and replaced any missing screws . However the battery is no good , the product page claims it can last up to 80 miles and mine was nearly dead after only 3 miles and would have been dead before I hit 4 miles . The battery took several hours longer than it was supposed to to recharge after it was nearly dead . The product page claims that the bike has a top speed of 32 mph , they must have meant going down a very steep hill because mine struggled to get above 9 mph on level pavement . The product page also claims that it can support upto 550 lbs , yet despite weighing well under that when I sat on the bike the shock absorbing strut fully compressed , which meant that the bike sat so close to the ground when I pedaled the bike my shoes and the bike pedals were actually hitting the ground . The mirrors that come with it attach between the handles and the center of the handlebars which means that you have a lovely view of your elbows but not any traffic coming up behind you . The cellphone holder attaches close enough to the center that it partially blocks the digital display . Switching to a higher gear didn't let me go faster it just acted like I was increasing the resistance on an exercise bike . I would return it but it would cost me 700 dollars to return the 750 dollar bike and then I would have to pay a 187 to 375 dollar restocking fee on top of that for their defective bike . SO DON'T BUY IT . I'm stuck with mine but you shouldn't have to be so don't buy it .

Mine doesn't do 32 on a flat road it does 28 it'll do 32 downhill and it won't hold the update codes that's in the book other than that is a very nice bike it could be a little taller

Bought for our 10 yr old son after HOA would not allow him to ride his junior 4 wheeler in the neighborhood. He loves it! Easy for him to operate, quiet. Keeps a charge for a long period of time. He has gotten it up to 35 mph.

Amazing product, comfortable rides, speedy, and not very heavy, my electric scooter weights more than this bike, great for roads and off-road!

195 cm is a total lie, they suggest I sell it to someone else. You pay for return shipping. I don’t know how the bike is because it’s too short for me to pedal. Buyer beware, stay away.

Front motor never worked. Customer service sent motor switch. Did not fix. No more responses from customer service. Problem never resolved. Have ridden 50 miles on rear motor 😔😔😔
