Started taking Shilajit a couple of years ago in resin form.I take it mainly for the trace elements/minerals in it to be honest. I had read about the health properties of fulvic acid, having been used for centuries.However, with the resin, I wasn't keen on the taste. I tried various ways to disguise it, but it's there!So now, with it in capsule form, I'm happy.

I bought this product after reading various positive reviews and thought I would give it a go. I have been using the product for about a week and notice a small increase in energy but hoping the longer I take them, the more benefit will be experienced.

This is well packaged, hardly any taste to them they are a lot less hassle than the liquid form and you do notice a difference after taking them for a week. Worth a shot if you are low on energy all the time

Done absolutely nothing , waste of money

I bought this product after hearing rave reviews about it and I have not been disappointed.

These capsules are very easy to take, just have one in the morning, I have mine before breakfast so I am taking it on an empty stomach as it is supposed to be more beneficial on an empty stomach. I have had resin before and some were sweet some were very bitter but the capsules have no taste which is good. I still feel more focused and calm and it is improving my memory.

An easy way to take shilajit the capsules are easy to take and have no aftertaste shilajit supposedly has many health benefits I've not been taking too long but I'm liking them so far
