They're stickers
They're reflective stickers. They do reflective sticker things. Jokes aside, they arent vinyl so they don't stretch well over the curve of the wheels and end up wonky if you don't do them at just the right angle. They also peel back rather easy and the adhesive isnt very strong. Wouldn't pay for them that's for sure.

Easy to put on
These are easy to put on. They look good once installed. Just clean the surface wheel. I used them on a Triumph Rocket 3 R to add a little pop to the all black bike.
