Not soft close.
Sadly this was the wrong size for our toilet so ended up having to be sent back. My fault for measuring it wrong!The positives are it’s a nice sturdy toilet seat…and there was no problem in sending it back without having to pay postage because it wasn’t as described.The negative is that it’s definitely not soft close, despite what the description says.

The media could not be loaded. Lo instale en un wc roca de otro modelo pero corresponden las medidas. Ha quedado muy bien, lo compre reacondicionado y vino perfecto. La instalación es muy fácil, vienen varias piezas y solo meterlas en su sitio.
