I bought this for 24.99 and that was a great deal considering some nebulizer machines don't come with the accessories. I like that the cord wasn't too stiff. This can make it difficult to put back inside the nebulizer for storage. It doesn't have a handle to carry it but you can tuck your fingers when the cord stores to carry it.I believe that the ergonomic handle.I would say that the accessories are mid grade. They work fine but I'll keep as a back up. Some accessories are not mix and match so if you break the medicine chamber your out of luck. It's best to have a full kit as back up if you need to use a nebulizer frequently or if its shared by multiple persons. Mine didn't come with a carry bag because mine was a warehouse deal but that's ok. As for sound I've had much worse. It's not uncomfortable but it's very bearable. You'll hear more of the hissing from the medicine chamber than the machine if you are having a treatment.
