I weigh 225 pounds and can fit in a narrow chair, which is important to me because I live in an older house with narrow doors and can easily maneuver through it.The front wheels will get caught on small objects and be thrown sideways, and they will slip on grass and uneven surfaces.One of the anti-tip wheels fell off on my first trip. I found the wheel and nut and was able to replace them. I bought thread lock and placed it at all connecting hardware. The instructions note to tighten the hardware before use and every thirty days.I purchase a four inch spring/foam seat and can still feel the crossbar. The four springs built into the chair provides a smoother ride than my standard chairs, yet does not help with the crossbar.I like the chair and use it for extended trips which are difficult on long excursion.The controller is easy to use and the variable speeds offer a vary of uses. I can roll with my grandchildren or chase them when needed.

even the battery comes off on rough terrain. had to get longer bolts to hold the tipping wheels on. runs pretty good but need a spare battery and cannot order one!
