These are not regular Iodine supplements. I take iodine supplements for my low functioning thyroid, but these are not meant for that type of supplementation. They are only for emergency use. I'm not sure how I missed that, but it's totally my fault. The listing clearly states what they're meant to be used for. In any case, I'm glad I got them. They're good to have on hand just in case. Hopefully, I'll never have to actually put them to use.

We got these to keep on hand in case of an emergency. They came package nicely, and we really like that is four separate bottles. That way we only have to open one at a time and will have extra on hand. Hopefully we don’t have to use these, but we feel safe having them on hand!

If the worst happens this will keep you prepared. They wouldn't accept (censored) my first review bc I spoke of things nuclear, so anyway, this is the watered down version.I haven't opened and won't take unless the worst case scenario happens, so I can't review the actual supplement, bc it's only for emergencies. I love within 10 miles of a nuclear power plant so I like to keep these everywhere! This is a nice 4 pack of tablets, instructions are well written and was to follow. I certainly hope I never need these but am thankful to have them.
