This filler is great, it’s a good quality paper, and the gold adds a nice touch to fill and elevate your basket. Comes in a nice compact box and when expanded becomes 3-4 times the size! Good value for the amount you get. When you first open it, let it air out a bit as it’s been compressed and may smell a little stale but that spins goes away.

I bought this for making pretty cookie packages and the odor of the paper was so strong and unpleasant I could not use for food or anything, even after airing it out. I returned it.
