It is easy to read
This is a large refrigerator magnet (10" X 7" as the description states). It is easy to read, seems well made and durable, and looks nice enough to leave on the refrigerator at all times for handy use. It provides substitutions for common ingredients. This is a case where the picture on Amazon is a good example of the product. What you see is what you get.At this point in my cooking career I am familiar with a lot of basic substitutions, but this "cheat sheet" is a rather extensive list including lesser known substitutions. It is easy to see and understand at a glance. No need to jump on the computer and search for substitutions! In addition to ingredient substitutions such as 1 cup butter = 1 cup crushed avocado = 1 cup applesauce, there are recipes for poultry seasoning and creole seasoning. I wouldn't say this is a super-strong magnet, but the entire chart is magnetized, and I can't foresee a situation where this magnet wouldn't stay on the fridge as intended.I would recommend this product for anyone who cooks from beginner to expert. It is so handy! I have also ordered its counterpart “Measurement Conversion Chart Fridge Magnet" and have both prominently displayed on my refrigerator. I did receive this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.

Fantastic for cooking!
I love this substitution chart! Sometimes you don't have an ingredient for a recipe but you do have something else that would work instead, this chart is perfect for that. I love having a chart for that just on my fridge where I can quickly look at it and then go back to my recipe.
