This equipment works well for Egoscue exercises. The Egoscue exercises/positions don't require having this equipment, but the equipment certainly helps assure that I'm doing the exercises correctly and just makes doing the exercises easier.

The blue foam arrived dirty! It was definitely used!! The belt was sealed, new and clean! It’s sad that someone would attempt to say this product is new.
