Review I ve spent 40 years studying the golf swing and I feel that this method is as good as anything I ve ever seen and it s one I ll be sticking with. The DVD is far more informative than the excellent instruction in Golf International; pictures really do speak a thousand words. Overall it s a superb piece of teaching. Spot on with instruction and drills
I have owned this DVD for this past season and it is often used.I previously bought both of Nick Faldo's vidoes plus Greg Norman's and Ian Woosnam's for which I used as a beginner though intermediate onto single handicapper. I wish that this had come out earlier and I could have reached 6 handicap a lot earlier and saved some money. It really explains how to properly create and store power on the back swing and how to use this power correctly on the way down.None of the other afore mentioned videos showed how to use the arms/hands and club face into impact. This alone made it worth while for me.Remembering how to swing like shown was via drills which could not have been easier. These drills are so easy and perfect that everthing I have done over the previous 10 years seemed a waste.I Highly recommend this.

Nice swing
As the box says, it is an advanced lesson. So, as it assumes some knowledge on the part of the pupil it is not for a complete beginner. If you have played the game but found that your progress has come to a standstill then this dvd may help. It addresses some basic/fundamental issues and gives helpful drills to use. I've watched it just once and have used it's advice for about a month now and as a consequence I am hitting all shots better and with greater consistency. I have more confidence as a result, and have some concepts/cures to fall back on if I mess up during a round. I play off 17. I reckon that in a number of friendly games with friends I've regularly beaten my handicap, cutting about 3 or 4 shots per round, perhaps with more to come once I fully get into the swing.

Also disappointed
This DVD costs £30 , which obviously is less that an hour with a PGA pro but is it worth it.I must admit I found it disappointing. There are clips of Peter on You Tube, including two exercises from this DVD and to me a superb extract from a train the coach session in Belgium so I had high expectation from this DVD.And there are some gem of wisdom, which I have not got from the pro or really elsewhere. However there are some curious things that are missing, like a good explanation of ball position.I was thinking there would be a lot more. I have five hours of Shawn Clement for 30 USD (online) that has far better explanations and includes more drills including the feet together and the axe drill. If like me you are staring out in Golf I would go for Shawn Clement. He has plenty of clips on Youtube.

Simple clear instruction
Excellent! Simple clear instruction - Pay attention to the analogies, really helpful but easily missed until you've watched it a couple of times. Drills are simple, easy to put into practice give instant results. I've played this weekend and ball striking is defiantly better. Early days but confidence is up, we just need some sun now!I would highly recommend this DVD to all levels of golfer as it simplifies all the key areas, grip, stance, plane, impact etc and clears up a few myths at the same time... Brilliant!

Awesome Video
Great video, Pete explains the swing better than anyone. The instructions are simple and dead on. Pete says that balance is the number one fundamental in golf and after I followed his exercise on how to get good balance, I am compressing the ball 100 percent better. Great video , wish I could get a private lesson . I would hands down rather take a lesson from Pete, than any other instructor, including Butch HarmonHerb

Good but a little too detailed
This instruction video is quite good and sets out some fundamentals which are very helpful. There is one drawback, the instructor keeps repeating the movement from the left side to the right side in the backswing motion and there is no way that any golfer could remember the sequence in the 3 or 4 seconds it takes to complete the swing. Otherwise a good video which should help golfers of all levels.

Fantastic!!
Brilliant. Simple as that. Really clear, effective coaching with practical do-able drills. If you think your swing feels perfect but you don't get the results you expect - this might explain why. I've bought 500 page books, magazines, manuals and they're just too much to take in. This is a half hour DVD that really hits the spot with clear explaination and practical help.
