The product is of decent quality. The video quality is clear and clean, and using the product is a little addicting at times. It takes a minute to figure out how to orientate it properly, but once you figure it out, it's easy to use. Never had cleaner ears before now.

The initial set up took a bit of adjusting, downloading a fairly nondescript app but it works well. The video quality isn't great, but it gives you a decent view. I wasn't really able to scoop out much wax with it as I'm a little too nervous to go very deep. Definitely an interesting little gadget and nothing I ever thought I'd own.

I purchased one of these for myself a little while ago. My grand kids came over to hand out one night and my grand daughter found it and wanted to see it work. Once I shown her how to use it she wanted one. So I purchased this one for her so she doesn't gunk mine up. Gross. It arrived fast and without any damage to the packaging or the product itself. It set up really easy on her phone and charged really fast. She loves the thing and uses it all the time. She is not allowed to use unsupervised because of just that fear she could use it wrong. She is very careful and finds it fascinating. She even wants to look at her earwax under a microscope. Gross again lol. Good product, good price, works great.

I found the instructions to this ear camera confusing. But it did work with my phone once I was able to figure it out. It's definitely cool be able to see inside your ear canal and assess if there is an ear wax buildup. I was surprised at how comfortable using this camera was. The rechargeable batteries are a big plus too.

This ear cleaner with camera is a handy tool to have to inspect a small area such as an ear canal. It could also be used to "see" inside a wall or other confined space that would only need to have a small hole drilled in it to insert the probe. The light is sufficient to light up a the viewing area. It hooks up easily to a mobile phone using an app provided by the company. The directions for connecting are included in the brochure that comes with the otoscope.The image has reasonable resolution for the task it was intended to do. There is a wide angle option and a narrow view setting on the app. There are several tools included that could be used to clear an ear. There is a brush for cleaning the lens and a bag to hold all the pieces. The tip is covered by a soft plastic sheath I assume to protect the inside of the ear from being poked too severely. There are several replacement parts included. A charging cable was also in the box.This is definitely a handy device to go where no one can normally see.

Have tried a few of these kits and this may be the most well-rounded. Camera quality is good enough without being laggy on the phone. Comes with the same standard set of tools most others do. The app is basic which I feel is a plus, but the battery life isn't the best. There are certainly worse options out there.

The camera was of a better quality than I was expecting for the 16.99 price. I was able to view the camera in real-time via an app on my phone. The battery life wasn't great, but worked just fine for the issue to be resolved. It fit in my ear well and did the job much cheaper than a copay at the doctor's office. Overall, this is good for what it is.
