I love the idea of removable cable ties, they are so handy. So many times I tie up a cable and then realize that I forgot something and would need to cut it off. Not with these.But... these are made of extremely cheap plastic. I literally broke 5 in a row trying to them down. The plastic is very brittle. I while they are handy, these are for light duty only... maybe 10lbs or less, which is ridiculous.I would not recommend these.

If you are tired of purchasing zip ties, this will be a good purchase for you. If you don't plan on reusing them you can cut them like regular zip ties. they hold whatever item you use very similar to a regular zip tie. I have even used these zip ties to hold the items n place so that I do not have to keep cutting zip ties when I make them too short. I also use them to hold items in place and once I am done with them I can remove the zip tie. I have recommended this item to all my friends and family. If you have small children and they tie one of these zip ties on their little fingers, you can easily remove them before they cut off the circulation which makes them children friendly.

Got these for my wife so she can hang up her Christmas bears (TONS OF THEM) and be able to reuse the zip ties next year instead of ruining the ones in my garage making me have to spend $20 or so each year to get new ones.Also I grabbed a few to hang a solar flood light on my deck to see what it would look like at night. Liked the position so I just released the cables and installed the light the next day.All in all they are really strong, and being able to reuse them is a major plus.

I use these cable ties for all sorts of tasks - sometimes even to tie cables. I use them to store mooring lines on the boat, store power cords neatly, gather up excess fuel line slack, create a temporary loop to hang a tool by, hold two pieces in place while glue dries, gather up power-tool cords and tie them to the tool, etc. Not sure why all cable ties are not reusable like this. I went through 30 eight-inchers in less than a year. I've had the 14" ones 2 days, and have already used two of them to tidy up some power cords.

Great item! Will definitely save money in the future. I have a need to remove and replace tie traps often. Now I can reuse them! Yea! My only advice is to do a trial run to figure out where and how the tab works to open the tie strap. This style tie strap is very secure. There is a very slim chance it will easily come undone. It takes some effort to release it.

Got tired of using regular vinyl ties for putting up porch decorations. Wasteful cutting them off and throwing them away when the holidays are over. Very happy to use these reusable ties for flag buntings and garland. They work great, hold tight and they blend in with the white trim of the railings.

Warning do not buy very poor quality. Very first one out of the bag broke, didn’t even tie anything was just trying out the reusable function. These zip ties break from road vibrations while driving. There is no way in hell the will support 50lb like advertised. They all break from the same spot, where the head and the release lever meet. The plastic is way too thin.

I had been buying similar ties from a company that specializes in various types of ties. They were pricey, so I decided to buy the Hotun ties. The Hotun ties are very flexible - a good thing. I should have heeded the reviews, however. These ties break easily. I use them outside to secure a gate and they also don't hold up in cold weather. They get brittle and break. I won't buy them again.
