Received my Smart Step Classic Mat but it had strange bubble like ...
Received my Smart Step Classic Mat but it had strange bubble like pockets in the material. I contact the customer support and they seemed more concerned with a potential product title error? (I didn't see any errors as the mat looks just like the one in the picture and the title matches). They mentioned they would look into the issue, I followed up and they never responded.. The mat is comfortable, it seems I may have received a defective one though.
