SERWALL 7 Pcs Outdoor Dining Set, 67" HDPE Dining Set for 6, Gray

After years of rusting legs on patio sets and rust stains on the patio, I realized that RESIN was the way to go! After the first attempt, the chairs were easy to assemble (after I used a battery operated screwdriver instead of relying on the wrenches provided and dropping them hundreds of times!) The chairs and table are very heavy and they will probably withstand very windy conditions and probably even a hurricane! They almost match our Two lounge chairs (also resin) but the difference is negligible and I’m the only one who will notice it. This is a beautiful patio set. Chairs are very comfortable. I recommend this product very highly. Never buy metal patio furniture again! Umbrella was purchased separately and matches the set perfectly. This is the last set you will ever have to buy. They are invincible!

I purchased this 7-Piece Patio Dining Set to create a more inviting outdoor dining area, and it has completely transformed the look and functionality of our patio. The table and chairs have a clean, modern design that feels both stylish and durable. Once assembled, the set looked much more expensive than expected and provided plenty of seating for family meals and entertaining guests. The chairs are comfortable, and the table offers ample space for dining, drinks, and serving dishes. I especially appreciate how easy the surfaces are to clean, making it practical for everyday use as well as special gatherings. What I liked: * Attractive, upscale appearance * Comfortable seating for family and guests * Spacious table with plenty of room for meals * Sturdy construction suitable for outdoor use * Easy to maintain and clean Minor note: * Assembly takes some time, but the finished result is well worth the effort. Overall, this patio dining set is an excellent combination of style, comfort, and value. It has become one of our favorite places to relax, dine, and spend time outdoors. If you’re looking to create a polished and welcoming outdoor living space, this set is a great choice.

This table makes a great family gathering place. The set was easy to assemble. It is solidly built and seems sturdy enough to last a lifetime. The HDPE makes it easy to maintain. No painting or sanding due to weather or wear. No splinters ever. I will look for HDPE for all my future outdoor furniture purchases.

First, I really appreciate Serwall's Customer Service as the came to the plate to price match the product for us. We purchased it prior to a sale and since the product was purchased but not yet received they adjusted the price to the promotional price. The product is good quality and was easy to assemble (it just takes time). I used a gyroscopic powered screwdriver with and Allen wrench bit and that saved some time. The table is heavy duty but the chairs fell short. Since Serwall modified the chairs to be wider they didn't add the proper support. When you sit on the out of the box chair you can feel the chair seat bow whether you are 100 lbs or 300 lbs... To fix this, I purchased a composite deck board, cut to length, and installed it in the center of the seat on the bottom. I drilled some pilot holes, drilled a wider hole to counter sink the screws, and screwed 3in outdoor deck screws (x3) on each side. (See attached photo). This fixed the issue and now the chairs are probably rated up to 400 lbs. I hope that Serwall fixes this issue and maybe adds 1 more inch to seat width to accommodate for larger sized people. That's why I rated this product 4 stars.

Was hesitant to buy this set based on mixed reviews but it turned out amazing! Directions were easy to follow and I built the entire set by myself. Does require a drill with an Alan wrench head though, some of the connections do not have pre-drilled holes and there is no way to screw through the polywood with just a handheld Alan wrench. I was short one nut and had an extra washer but nothing a quick trip to the hardware store couldn’t fix. Very happy with this set!

Do not purchase this furniture if you’re expecting to have outdoor furniture that can stand up to the elements, is durable, and that will be easily maintained. Within 6 months of purchase, all the hardware rusted and started bleeding on the furniture. This has caused the furniture to look bad and caused a lot of additional upkeep to try to keep it looking good. Also, within 6 months, the screws started to pull out of an adirondack chair and a rocking chair causing them to be unsafe to sit in. I contacted customer service about these issues and below is the response I received: 1. Rust Issue: - I was told to 1) Clean them with a vinegar solution, 2) For daily use, keep in a “well-ventilated, dry area to prolong their lifespan”, 3) Overall recommendation “We recommend storing the chair in a cool, shaded area during use and avoiding prolonged exposure to damp or harsh weather conditions”. - The Companies recommendation to store in cool, shaded area and dry area are completely contradictory to their own claims on Amazon and their website (Excerpts below): o Made of durable HDPE poly material, it can withstand harsh outdoor weather such as scorching sun, heavy rain, and snow. o All Weather - Withstands harsh outdoor environments o All Weather Resistant, Long Lasting o Built for all-weather durability - Every piece of Serwall's outdoor furniture is expertly made using premium poly materials, offering exceptional durability and weather resistance. These pieces are built to last, enduring rain, sun, and wind, making them ideal for all-year outdoor enjoyment. o Durability - Fade Resistant, Mildew Resistant, Pest Resistance, Waterproof, Weather Resistant. o Constructed with weather-resistant HDPE and 304 stainless steel, this outdoor rocker resists fading, cracking, and rot—outperforming wood and HIPS in durability. 2. Replacement Parts: - I was instructed to replace the current screw with a bigger screw on the rocking chair. Nothing regarding the fact that the screw shouldn’t pull out of the material. I was offered $20 and a replacement part at the beginning and then $40 with replacement part later in the discussion. I received the correct replacement parts after 2.5 months and never received any money. When the new part arrived, it showed how much the original furniture had faded in under a year. I recommend you find a different brand for your outdoor furniture needs.

Love love LOVE!!!! Easy to put together!! Heavy duty!! Got the chairs first so they were put together when the table got here and it was ready to go!!! Perfect dimensions!!! It is heavy so def need some help!!!

I'm not sure what I think of this product. I had trouble with the shipment. The chair came in two days, and after several days of emails and contact with FedEx, the table came about 10 days later. I had trouble putting this set together. I have put together other things, and the directions here didn't make sense. I struggled with the first chair, then put it together the way I thought it should be, and it was much easier. I also have better wrenches and hex keys, so that helped a lot. My biggest gripe is that I lost a screw and apparently, the screws/bolts are proprietary and the only place to get them on this planet is from this store. Not cool. If you do that, maybe you should include a spare of each one. The quality is fine, I have some Polywood, and I knew this wouldn't be as good. We'll see how they wear.
