Unfortunately one of the accessories is broken

I am so incredibly happy with this product! I was in the middle of the worst breakout of my life when I decided to take the plunge and order this. Paired with some vitamin c cream, you woke think I broke out months ago instead of a week ago! Not only does it clear skin, it maintains it. Be careful not to overuse it, because you will get dry. I do 5 minutes a day on my face and 10 minutes (sometimes 15) on my body because the skin is tougher there. When you use the machine, make sure that you ground it with one finger or else you’ll give yourself quite a shock! I’m very satisfied with the packaging and attachments as well. I withheld one star because I wish that it came with better instructions.
