ASICSWomen's Gel-Venture 9 Running Shoes

This is not my first pair of ASICS. I purchase a new pair every year. I have arthritis in my feet and wearing these eliminates the pain by providing excellent support. They also help with my balance. Erred than any other shoes I have tried. They run true to size and are extremely durable.

So soft and comfortable inside. Fit is nice and supportive. I have a narrow slim foot and they do fit snug so some people may want to size up. The look of the shoe is sleek with deep color. I ordered the beautiful blue. Lightweight so I love these shoes. They are not over priced so I’ll be ordering more and these are my new “go to shoes. “

I love ASICS and have 2 other pairs that I wear on an almost daily basis, but these do run small and are much stiffer than other pairs I own. They are still comfortable and I appreciate that they come in WIDE sizes to accomodate my bunions without rubbing. I wear them all day at work and my feet don't hurt at the end of the day. I like the colors. Be sure to size up at least a half size.

I have a very hard time finding shoes to fit me. I have a big and wide foot. This was a great fit and super comfortable. I love the color and the durability of the shoes it works well for trail running or walking great grip. Stability great and it support my foot because I am flat feet and takes away my pain from my feet. I did a 10k Spartan in it and was very very comfortable.

Going back a number of years ago, I wore only white running shoes (called gym shoes at the time). Christmas of 2016 my husband surprised me with a pair of Asics shoes in primarily coral. My first reaction was "Not white! Oh My God, they have to be returned.", but I tried them on so I didn't hurt my husband's feelings, and they were so comfortable. I am retired now, but when I worked at a job, I always matched my shoes and purse to my outfit. I discovered these shoes matched some of my t-shirts. The next day, I ordered a pair of Asics shoes in primarily red. Since Christmas of 2016, I have never worn white shoes again. Now I match my t-shirts to my shoes and even match my socks to my shoes. Incidentally, I still wear the original shoes from 2016, 8 years ago. They are starting to look worn, but they are still comfortable, and I still wear them.I have since bought Asics shoes in a number of different colors to match my t-shirts. I bought this pair in black/soft berry to replace a pair I bought in 2017 that are black/purple. The darker berry color is very similar to the purple in my old shoes. I still wear the older shoes, but wanted something that didn't look worn when I go out.I also bought the blue expanse/light sapphire shoes in this style, which I also love. As we all know, blue can be in different shades and have different tints. So, it can be difficult to match blue shoes to an outfit. Most of these shoes are a dark, true blue, and the accents are light blue and royal blue. So, these shoes would go with most shades of blue. These are now my favorite blue Asics shoes. The colors pictures on the Amazon page are exactly the colors of the shoes you get.As always, both of these Asics shoes are comfortable and fit perfectly in my normal size. The tops of these shoes don't look so much like mesh, which I like. I have tried other brands, but they have never been as comfortable and supportive as the Asics shoes, nor do they last as long. I wear this style and others in the Asics shoes all day, gardening outdoors, cooking in my kitchen that has a hard ceramic floor, and working on my basement garden on a concrete floor. My feet never feel sore or tired at the end of the day. I also like that these shoes "breath". Whether I am wearing wool blend socks in the winter or thinner socks in the summer, my feet are always comfortable. Personally, I would not waste my money on any other brand, nor would I subject my feet to uncomfortable shoes.I do recommend these shoes without hesitation. I hope this review was helpful for you.

I've been an ASICS wearer for years and have always been really pleased with the quality, fit, comfort, and look. I've occasionally tried other brands of trainers but am invariably disappointed and always come back to ASICS.

I have worn Asics often and usually, they are my preferred sneakers but this particular pair just did not cut it. They fit fine and I was able to wear them around town but I felt like there was little to no support. My feet were always aching by the end of my travels. I normally like a sneaker that has good support and I did not experience that with this particular pair. I am not saying all Asics are like this because I normally find them great but this pair did nothing for my feet.

Wore these on a hiking trip in Yellowstone and was the best choice! Extra comfortable with great support from the minute I put them on. Zero “break-in” time needed and good for those with wide feet. True to size.

Reliable sizing and comfort. Asics is my go to running shoe and the gel venture is a light enough shoe for running. Can expect quality with Asics.

These are the most comfortable shoes I’ve owned. I’m on my second pair because it’s all I will buy now. They keep my feet comfortable for long shifts at work, walking long distances, etc highly recommend especially if you have heel troubles. I like the variety of colours as well, and the fit is great.
