We have had this perfectly fine, basic, attractive toaster for a few days, and it is doing everything a toaster is supposed to do. Notice the features at the bottom of the toaster description, and you will see anything you could ask for, including the slide-out crumb tray and a place to wind unused portions of the ample cord. Slots are 1.5 inches wide, wide enough for most bagel halves and all English muffin halves.

I have previously owned a Cuisinart toaster which toasted indifferently and was balky in operation. I took chance on the FDA (which I have never heard of before) based on the excellent Amazon reviews. Obviously, a toaster is still a toaster, but this one does everything as advertised and is most effective indicating the extent of toasting based on the settings. I am impressed and most pleased with my purchase. No downsides.dk

I have used this toster for a week and really happy with this product. It toasts bread very fast and evenly and stainless design fits nicely with my other appliances.

Worked when I got in May. Today June 5 does not work!!!Waiting on answer about toaster only working one month!!!!! Wrote review a while ago. No response

Seems like a fairly good toaster. Electric cord seems a little lite weight for a toaster. Also had to paint a white spot on dial to see what number it was pointed at. Should have been done by mfg.

The extra star is for being a good bagel toaster - the one I received doesn't toast regular bread evenly. I suppose I just got a defective one.

Really recommend this toaster machine, very easy to complet my breakfast, and I am a great toast lover:p it make bread very crispy!!
