Perfect fit
This is perfect for a pit I received as a gift. Not sure why you have to buy separately as it really is needed for safety!

Lid came bent
The lid was bent upon arrival so it doesn't sit evenly on the fire pit. The packaging wasn't damaged, so it appears to be a manufacturing defect. Too much hassle to return it and it doesn't impact fire pit usage, but it's frustrating considering these aren't exactly cheap.

Looks used & heavy poker
The lid looks tarnished like already been used. The poker is extremely long and very heavy. I have a small pit so I only needed a small poker but it’s the only lid I could find to fit & the poker came with it.
