The EPLO Smart Toilet Bidet U8Pro is an excellent addition to our master bath! It is clean, powerful and effortless to use, especially with the remote, and has comforting features such as the raised height, heated seat, automatic deodorizer, and subtly incorporated and effective bidet with warm water and dryer. Eplo Customer Service is outstanding, providing prompt answers to questions and effective solutions with helpful pictures. We took advantage of Amazon's Special Delivery Options for Large and Bulky Items to have it delivered and unboxed in our room of choice, which is a great option for this solid item. Overall, The Eplo U8Pro is easy to install and easy and pleasurable to use!

The media could not be loaded. Excellent! I bought this toilet right after coming back from Japan and it is absolutely wonderful! I did install it myself but then again I do most of the things around the house myself. I'm not a contractor, I'm an Ortho bro! This toilet is fantastic! It opens the lid for you when you approach, seat is warm, bidet function is wonderful! Foam shield against splashing took a little while to figure out but customer service was spot on and timely! They explained what to do and how to make it work. Can't say enough food about this toilet! I even bought another one for downstairs, a simpler model but still awesome! Just buy it! You won't regret it!

This review is for an Eplo U8Pro Toilet.I’ve had it since July 2024. I do not have any issues with it.Eplo has excellent customer service. They respond quickly and are efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They are very good at helping consumers understand their products and services. Eplo stands by their products. Their customer service is one of the main reasons I went with them.I did months of research on these types of toilets and companies that offer them.I struggled with justifying paying this much for a toilet. I wanted a toilet without the tank. These are sleek and one piece. Easy to clean.The U8Pro has a built in tank and pump. I don’t know if I needed the pump, but I feel better knowing I have the extra flushing power.I just wanted the bidet and heated seat, but the auto open/close lid and seat are a big convenience not to mention sanitary.You don’t have to touch the toilet at all except the remote. Some of the features I thought I wouldn’t need turned out to be very useful.Can’t beat these toilets. Heated seat, warm water bidet, auto open lid plus more.For you DIY’s there are videos for maintenance and repairs. Easy access to the internal parts.Clean, easy, functional, convenient.Highly recommended.

This was my first bidet, so I spend a great deal of time online investigating. Decided to go with Eplo! Am I ever 100% the happiest person. Like many others, I love, love my bidet. I waited a while before I posted to ensure my initial thoughts were still true. I have now had it installed now for almost 3 months, and not a day goes by that I don't thank my lucky stars that I chose Eplo. Everything works as promised, absolutely no issues, had a plumber install as I was doing a remodel, Love the heated everything, the seat, the water, the hot air. I mean everything! I would 1000% tell everyone to get a Eplo.

The EPLO toilet looks great and works perfectly. The plumbers said that installation was easy and straightforward - they charged me less than the original estimate. I also wish to commend EPLO for their excellent customer service. I would happily buy from them again!

This item is truly wonderful. It does everything it said it would do... very happy I purchased this bidet toilet! I looked at other Bidets and none of them came close to this one! My plumber and electrician had no problems installing this bidet/toilet. I have had it for about 6 weeks, and I absolutely made the right choice. I had to call the company EPLO, and they got right back to me and answered all of my questions! Don't pass this MAXU8 up!

Better than expected. We've never purchased one before so had no idea how easy of installation it would be. Turns out we were able to install it ourselves with no issues. Quality of the product is top notch. Well worth the money spent. Would buy this one again.
