Just About Does the Job
Written by my partner Emma:-I was just trying to make a couple of my own bracelets using gemstone beads I bought specially. The reel just so happens to be photographed upside down, so that you can’t see the information printed on the label at the other end. Information which tells you this elastic thread gives a 100% stretch. This means that it is not as taut as I would have liked; 30% stretch or thereabouts would have been better. It does the job though and I was able to make my bracelets but it’s dubious how long they’ll last before they need re-stringing. This stuff is much weaker and subject to fraying and splitting. The stretch cord they use in the trade is a lot stronger, more taut and long lasting. However, I’m finding it impossible to find the correct string anywhere, so this will have to do for now.

good elastic, BUT....
i have no idea on what planet "about 10 meters" is actually under 8 meters! so disappointed!
