I have high arches and these worked out great. I was in the process of getting new shoes for my trip to Tokyo but buying insoles is way cheaper. We walked alot in Tokyo and my feet didn’t hurt the whole trip (3.5 days)

Although I feel the support at the arch, it is narrow for my wide feet. I can feel the edges of the support not touching the inside edges of the shoe.

These are great fitting shoe inserts. These can be trimmed if needed. These are rigid under the heal and part of the foot.

I order my shoes 1/2 size bigger so I can wear comfortable inserts. These are very comfortable.

The description said...for high arch support. Nope.If you need support for high arches look elsewhere. For medium arches they may be ok.

220lbs, worn thought heels in less than 2 months. Work anywhere from 40-60hrs a week..... So nothing extreme.
