quality at a good price
These are far less expensive than the ones I used to use and work just as well.

Excellent arch support
These inserts are advertised as moderate arch, but I would describe them as having a high arch, which I like. I had to take the original insoles out of my shoes to make these inserts fit, but they fit perfectly once I did that. The cushion under the heel and ball of the foot is especially nice. Four stars because the padding under my heel lifts my foot a little too high, so that my shoe now slides up and down on my heal a bit, but that might just be because of the shape of my foot.

These are great for my old pair of shoes
I have a pair of tennis shoes that are my favorite. They’re older outside. They look great inside the soul is pressed in so I replaced it with these inserts and now they are my favorite shoes again not just because of how they look, but how they feel on my feet, I’ve noticed that my back is not aching as much since I’ve started using these and I’m thinking about getting more of these for the rest of my shoes. Good value I recommend it.

Transformed an old pair of boots
I have an old pair of Rockport boots that I have hardly ever worn. Every few years, I put them on and then somehow put them away again and forget about them. I recently got them out again wondering why I never wear them. I laced them up, and they are a good fit. I wore them around the house for a while, and realized they just plain aren't comfortable. I over-pronate and some shoes bother me more than others. The Rockports seemed to be the exact wrong boot for that. Not only were they uncomfortable for me, but my knees also hurt before long. I put them in a box for Salvation Army. I saw these insoles, so thought I would wait and give the boots one more try. The insoles made a huge difference. The Lightfeet insoles have a very nice cover on top where it meets your foot. They are somewhat cushiony. The arch is very thick and pronounced, but it is not made of a hard material like some insoles. It feels kind of rubbery. You can compress it a little, but it is very dense and holds its shape when you walk on it. You can feel the support under your arch. I need that arch support to keep my feet from collapsing inward. These arches really do the job. I have learned to replace the insoles in any of my shoes and boots that are not designed for over-pronation. These do a great job, while still having a little bit of cushion. I have a lot of after-market insoles, and this pair competes with the best.

make sure you take the original insole out
They do support the arch and they are alot better than what were in my New Balances. I like them now but I didn't think to remove the original insole and I put them in which made them very tight. After removing the original it felt perfect and gave me support. They work for me now.

Pretty good inserts
For the price, these are nice. They're well made and somewhat supportive. They're a good set for the price.

Best insoles I've tried
I've tried a lot of different insoles for my pronation and these are the first where I could actually feel them working. I could tell that my weight was better distributed when running by feeling it in my knees and quads. And the best thing - no knee pain after exercise! They seem to be high quality and fit well in my running shoes.

As expected
These looks like your average expensive sport insoles that you would get at a sporting goods store. I put them in my hey dudes and they are a little too stiff for that. My feet get sore in those shoes when I'm on my feet for long periods of time, so I usually wear memory foam inserts. I thought it would be better to have some arch support in my dudes for when I wear them all day every day, all summer long. So I tried these.I like these, don't' get me wrong- but they are too big for my dudes and make them too tight on my feet. I'm not going to knock this product because they don't fit my application. They are "active support" which means to me that they are for someone who is active, and I am certainly a man of leisure. I have some gym shoes I'm going to put these in and they will be great. The seem well built and I have a favorable impression of them, but just not for my dudes.

Great for high instep, good support
I have a high instep and bought this to cushion my feet when wearing court shoes. This has worked really well, and my feet are comfortable for the whole day.

Great insoles to support fallen arches and plantair fasciatis
Though these are a bit bulky they fit into trainers very well and provide excellent support for fallen arches and plaintair fasciatis. In fact they transformed an uncomfortable pair of trainers into really comfortable footwear. Feel well supported while wearing them. So much so that feet are less tender and can walk better with them fitted. They protect the base of your feet especially when walking on rocky ground, adding an extra comfort layer. The sizing is good and they fitted straight into the trainers without trimming.

Comfortable & Suited Unlaced Boots
These insoles have replaced a worn and flattened pair that lined the bottom of my Doc Marten boots. The arch support has actually reshaped my foot to the interior of the boots, eliminating some of the loose space within. This additional instep feature hasn’t made a noticeable positive or negative impact on my posture; I am now more comfortable when wearing these boots, however.

nice quality on the pricey side
This has reshaped how my foot sits inside the boots, enhancing comfort significantly. While they haven't made a noticeable impact on my posture, the increased comfort is a definite plus. The insoles are described as being robust and flexible, making them a good fit for various shoe types and activities. However, the price point of £19.99 is seen as slightly high, though justified by the quality

Great insoles to bring new life into old trainers
I tried both the "Red Active Support" and "Blue Cushion Comfort" insoles and found the Red ones to be superior for my plantar fasciitis. They provided substantial arch support which transformed my sketch trainers into even more comfortable shoes perfect for long commutes into the city. The insoles combine firm support with soft cushioning, balancing comfort with functionality. The only downside is the US sizing, which was tricky to get my head around, but fortunately, they fit well. Highly recommended for those needing serious foot support.
