Copper Heeler 6666, Unisex-Adult

I stuck mine to a pair of leather insoles so that I could move them to whatever shoes or slippers I wear. Don't just stick them into one pair! Every morning for months pain in my hip has woken me before the alarm clock in addition I have suffered for years with pain in the Achilles area of both my ankles ( the result of a bad fall years ago; I wish I could say a skiing accident but I've never been the sporty kind lol!). I am now into my second week of wearing these insoles and I am pleased to report a noticeable improvement. So after years of trying cortizone injections, physiotherapy and even accupuncture a pair of copper insoles seems to have had more effect. Whilst they may not work for everyone it has to be worth a try. Oh and be aware that if you wear them on bare feet they do turn your heels a mouldy shade of green which does take a bit of effort to scrub off!

I have an arthritic knee that causes some discomfort in walking and bending the knee, 9 holes of golf is adequate.I have read and contemplated buying these insoles for a while, most reviews good some not, but only to be expected.For me they seem to ease the stiffness and mobility after only two weeks, a friend said that i am walking better!So far so good, the next few months should give a better and more constructive picture.

i have never written a review before, but had to say that this really works. I have been diagnosed with hip dysplasia 3 years ago, and have struggled with deteriorating mobility and increasing pain. got to the point where I would get in from work and go straight o bed. thoughts of going to the gym overtaken by managing the pain of making it through the day. then these were recommended, and tired of taking daily painkillers which only lasted a couple of hours, I decided that pricey or not, I would give them a try. they arrived quickly, and I decided that I would forget about sticking them in a shoe, and put them in my socks, and wore them like that straight for 3 days, night and day, even slept in them, (lovely I know, but when pain hits, you will try anything), and lo and behold, the pain is gone, and I can walk around like a normal person. its only been a week, but I am almost dancing with joy.

I was delighted with the speed of delivery on this item. Unfortunately the wrong size was sent but that could have been an error on my part. I contacted the firm direct and was advised to return the item and the correct size was dispatched by return. I`ve not used the copper insoles yet as the weather has changed and I`ve been wearing open sandals but I have complete faith that they will work brilliantly.

Price is great

I find the insoles clumsy to use, especially to keep in position. It would be far to expensive to buy a pair for each pair of shoes. I stuck them to a good pair of insoles which do not fit in most of my shoes and in my wellingtons they curl into the toe end. I still cannot make up my mind whether they are effective for pain relief.

The copper heelers no good for me.I have bad arthritis in most of my joints so thought I would try these.Wore them in my work shoes 8 hours a day for 2 months with no effect whatsoever,in fact after this time they started hurting the sole of my foot so I took them out.Sorry to say not impressed and not cheap either.

Fitted comfortably into shoe's as for value for money I'd say fairly as not so many pain's as I had before when walking and that's a bonus in it's self

The inserts fit well and feel well on the feet
