This is the second time I've replaced these on my Jabra Evolve 75 headset -- I've had it for eight years, and it's a solid work-from-home headset. Its biggest problem is that the soft earcups eventually wear out and need to be replaced. My previous replacement set only included the cover and foam, which required me to adhere to them with a double-sided tape.This replacement is so much better. It includes everything required, especially the mating ring. It's a quick counterclockwise twice to remove the old earcups and an anticlockwise twist to install. It takes less than 2 minutes, and I have a new feeling headset. Performs just as well as the original foam and leatherette style cover.Easy, same as OEM, 5/5

I'm confused by the item I received. The sale page described this as an upgrade, and like any other amazon items, I read the reviews before ordering. I received an item that doesn't match the 5 star review on this item, which mentions it being same as oem quality, with it coming with the mating adapter and it being a 2 minute replacement. What I received is seemingly lesser quality than oem. It's about half the thickness of oem pads, comes with no mating adapter and would require removing the current mating plate from the oem pads which are glued to the original pads, which will mean not having a replacement if something went wrong. I've received replacement cushions for many headsets and I've never received just the cushion itself. This is too much work and risky, especially since I use this headset daily for work.
