I really like these things. I installed them on a fresh pair of Pumas which will be used solely for bicycling.The sneakers immediately became more comfortable. Adjusting tension was easy and intuitive allowing a fit much better than I could achieve with laces: the bottom four eyelets are extra tight, the next two tightand the top eyelet normal. And the canary yellow matches the color of the Puma swoosh perfectly.My feet thank you, Hickies!

My son and I use these Hickies and love the look and convenience. I use pink; they have lasted almost 2 years. My son is using the bright yellow. The only trouble we had was with a set of white ones. They seemed to break very easily. The adult size fits my son (age 11) and myself just fine.

The laces work by forming a complete loop through each set of holes. This made my shoes waaaaaay too tight. Instructions are included on other ways to use the laces to make them fit looser by connecting two together and threading them differently. I tried this, but this only works if your shoes have an even number of holes. Even then, you are stuck with one loose size and cannot adjust from there. If you have an odd number of holes in your shoe, you are stuck using the original loop-around method on the last hole, making them too tight in the spot where that lace is.Not difficult to install, they look good while your shoe is on, but look funny when you take your shoes off.Seems like these are better for kids.

Products shipped well and was easy to install. The fit seemed a little on the loose side but walking around my foot feels secure. My only issue with it after 3 months of use is that the color has started to fade a little and seems a bit muddy. It should be noted that I work in a retail environment and I walk approximately 7 miles everyday, and my shoe feel secure.

These lasted 2 days on his shoes. 3 of the 4 snapped....the other is almost torn through. I even had them hooked together on the loosest set up as described in the instructions. These are the regular sized Hickies used on a child’s size 3 shoe...no idea how they could hold up on an adult shoe. Very disappointed....he was so excited and loved the way they looked.
