not safe
Like others i noticed the poor quality frame however my BIGGEST concern is that when under high loads the pawl is unable to catch into the next tooth.I have also noted some fraying in the cable. i don’t know if this is due to my ~30 minutes of use or it arrived as such?

Gears stripped
I was pulling a side by side onto a trailer and the gears stripped. Worked good until it broke.

It was advertised as 4.5 ton. You call it 4 ton here and 4 ton is on box. I'm sure it will work fine for awhile until it get's stressed or dirty. It will meet my needs for the price.
