Separated After Only 2 Days Use
I placed this product in my Wolverine work boots. Unfortunately, it was far too thick to place under or over the existing insole, so I removed the wolverine insole and replaced it with the Tufflor product. In addition to being uncomfortable to wear, after less than two days of working outside, the foam separated from the steel. Fortunately, I had brought along my Wolverine insoles just in case, as I was deployed for a Team Rubicon disaster relief operation. I placed the steel portion of the "Weak"lor product in with the original in sole and it worked well. This is a shoddy product that should not be sold in its current configuration. Don't waste your money.

Mine haven't come apart---feet protected---very happy, despite occasional foot fatigue.
Many seem disappointed that the foam of their insoles came apart, but I am an active contractor and have worn these for over a month now inside my workboots without any disintegration issues whatsoever, so I don't know how these other people are tearing theirs up so easily (or perhaps the manufacturer has since improved/ reinforced the product?).Let it be known that I was inspired to purchase these after a nasty nail-through-the-foot jobsite incident left me hobbling in pain for weeks and an expensive trip to the doctor for a TD booster shot: I couldn't care less if the foam came apart since the steel's protection is all I was after; I would honestly just insert the bare metal beneath my existing insoles if that became the case, but it still has not. So let this further corroborate that I have no bias whatsoever in upselling the product, since I was almost considering just cutting the foam directly off it upon arrival of my delivery anyways, like some other reviewers have noted. However, they have stayed intact very well despite daily use, so I am leaving them as-is for now, or until they do peel apart (if at all?).I am walking directly on top of them (preexisting insoles thrown to the side for the time being), so be aware they can indeed create foot fatigue if you're upright/ working in your shoes for extended workshifts (I'd say they begin to get uncomfortable around the 6~8hr+ mark). For this reason, I have deducted one star. But that's all I can ethically deduct, since this product serves a safety purpose very well, and gives me greater confidence & sense of protection on jobsites where nail-riddled boards are common foes. I imagine if you put a regular insole over them as a buffer for your feet, fatigue would not be an issue.

Protective footprint is narrow in the arch region.
I like working with metal, so I was going to make some insole safety plates, but out of curiosity I did a search and I found these. Due to laziness and having to travel across town to buy some stainless steel plate, I bought this product instead of fabricating my own. The problem with this product is that the protective footprint is too narrow, especially in the arch region. If I were to step on a nail in the region of my small toe or arch, there's a decent probability that I'll get some superficial tissue damage. I bought the medium size and use it in size 11 shoes.

BUYER BEWARE! DON'T BUY!
Buyer beware. The metal insole of the foot is so narrow that it would not protect anyone's whole foot. I returned mine! What a misrepresented product! Look closely at the pictures and you will see just how narrow it is!

I fileted it for the metal so cant give full review.
Uses it under my custom soles for puncture resistance. Havent put it to the test, side might be a little natrow for me, but happy with the purchase. Meant for puncture resistance and for flexing in a shoe. I don't even notice them.

Beware! Painful feet ahead!
This instantly gave me blisters and my feet were so swollen after 7 hours walking on these. Do not use them unless you want severe pain. I am happy they refunded me and accepted a return.
