Easy to assemble. My husband and I both use it. I am 5’6” and 144 lbs, while he is 6’ and 240. Easy seat adjustment. It is quiet and the tension knob is easy to reach while riding and can be changed on the fly. The monitor can scan through miles, time, odometer, distance traveled this session and the pulse reader is located on easy to reach handles along the side. There is a tray which can hold my ipad in front of the monitor. I reset the monitor after each workout to be ready for the next time. The pedals are sturdy and there are straps to go over shoes. This has been well worth the money. We use it on the patio and purchased a cover for it.

My treadmill died so I thought I would try a recumbent bike, why not sit down, right (LOL). I looked at all the recumbent bikes and chose this one because of the mesh seat back. It took about a week to arrive and the shopping box was intact and not damaged. I put it together by myself in about a hour, but I took some breaks. It was easy to put together, though the instructions listed five steps, it was really more like 15 steps. It is very quiet, and easy to crank the setting up and down. Easy to move the seat forward and backward, too. The seat is hard, but not uncomfortable. Very happy with the purchase.

Received everything in a box of parts and was sure would ended up with hours of frustration and no bike. Wrong! Very logical, everything fit and even the small parts were organized in relation to the step by step illustrations. (No one reads, we just follow pictures.)Have been using to improve range of motion on my knee followed replacement surgery. A great help and please to gain a few more degrees of bending after only a few weeks of use. Highly recommend. Great value for quality product.

I like that it sturdy, stable , & the seat is comfortable to sit on.What I didn't like was although the instructions were written large enough to read , when going to set the speed, distance , time & resistance, I found the instructions confusing.

I recently had knee surgery and the physical therapist said pedaling was one of the best things to do. This bike has been great assisting me with continued movement. The control pad is great - circulates through each option or you can set it on one. Seat is super comfortable and I like that I can track my pulse.

Easy to put together. Perfect size, works well and sturdy.

I had a knee replacement, this is great to help loosen up muscles.
