We were using a brand that didn't adhere and they always moved around and even out so we found these and they stick great. I do have to change my ASD Daughter almost every night as the pad is full but she is almost 6 and so I assume no pad can hold more than one complete evacuation a night. Nor would I want her sleeping in a full pad all night either. These cost a little more than the other brand we used but are better. Worth every cent.

If you're like us, you need your sleep! And the last thing I needed when my kiddo finally started not waking up every two or three hours was for him to be woken up just by pee or a huge leak. Then you have to change the pajamas and the sheets and he's now wide awake. He's almost four now and still wearing diapers at night, and we still line them with these every single night. Any amount of money is worth me getting to sleep!

I bought these to replace my Babies R Us diaper booster pads since they are no longer available. I like these over Sposies because they have the adhesive strip like the Babies R Us ones and they do show to hold more oz than the Sposies. My 2 year old son is a big boy and a super heavy nighttime wetter, so I add these to Cuties Complete Care size 7 diapers and it is nothing short of amazing to not do laundry every morning!

These are super absorbent and work really well for our two year old heavy wetter. We still have to double up on the pads but he sleeps for 13 hours and has always been a big night wetter. I used to use the “other” brand but my son would wake up drenched even with a double pad. So glad I switched to these!

These things are wild. They're more or less maxi pads that you put inside the diaper for extra leak protection. We use them for the overnight hours so we don't have to wake the kid changing him in the middle of the night. They do the trick. Just might need the next diaper size up if your little one fits in the normal size snugly.

We often need to add a liner to my kid's diaper at night and after trying several other brands, this is my favorite. The adhesive is very strong and does not move around even when she rolls around at night. The pad is solid and very absorbent. Other brands have loose material inside but I like that these are more sturdy. Definitely recommend!

These are the best most absorbent diaper inserts on the market! . My LO sleeps on his belly and previously had 4 to 5 overnight leaks a week . with these inserts in an overnight diaper In the last 30 days only two leaks from user error. I recommend this product to anyone having trouble with leaks!

I'm glad I found these after Babies R Us closed and I finished up my stock of their brand diaper pads. These work great and hold a lot. Sometimes I cannot beliebe how much it's helping to hold in the night diaper of a toddler. There's rarely a leak. Totally worth getting these.
