Altair Design - Penrose Tilings: Geometrical Colouring Book

I once had dinner with Professor Penrose and said to him “If you’re so good at tiling, do you fancy coming round and grouting my bathroom.”Oh what a hilarious young man I thought I was.It was fun to tell this story to a bemused ten year-old who loved the patterns in this nice colouring book and has enjoyed working with something a bit different from unicorns and butterflies.

Takes me back to my childhood, we used to get one of these books every Christmas. Great for stress relief. The paper is good quality so you can use pens or pencils. I prefer these to the more structured adult colouring books, I have Asperger's and I don't like the already coloured in parts of other books. These allow me to create patterns even though I lack imagination.

I happen to have a set of fineline pens which is a good job as some of the patterns are so small that you can't use ordinary children's felt tips to colour them.

Used to have these as a child, still the best for pattern colouring - every pattern fills the page - nice paper too. Can't beat them !! Delivery good too.

My partner had been after these books for year and I was happy to be able to get them for him so easily.He loved them.
