FANTASTIC COFFEE
Once you have got used to the programming this machine produces fantastically consistent coffees. You can amend all settings to suit your tastes. This is one of the best purchases I have made in a very long time.

Very complicated but makes great coffee!
I really like this machine as it makes great coffee, but they really did make it complicated to operate!Hot/frothy milk is measured in seconds rather than ml (tip: 1 second = approx 5ml).The machine always defaults to the last settings used for each drink type and it starts as soon as you press the selector button so you have to be quick to change the settings if you want a different strength macchiato than the one your partner had an hour ago.Whilst complicated, once you get used to it, the range of drink types, sizes, and strengths is very good. However, this is true only when customising your drink direct on the machine.The phone app that accompanies the machine is absolute rubbish! Whilst it allows you to save your customised drink selection and give it a name, the custom options in the app are far more limited than the options direct on the machine. And you can’t customise your selection on the machine and then save it on the app!All-in-all, I really do like the machine but if they spent a bit more money developing the app then the overall package would be phenomenal!

Quality not as good as expected..........
I was really surprised when I received this product. The edges of the plastic parts on the right side of the machine are visible and don't fit correctly / flush to the product. They're sharp at the edges.I've taken some images of the product and sent them to the seller, but I haven't received any feedback.Considering the value of this item I was very dissapointed about this purchase. I would have expected a better service and quality.

Pro: compact, sturdy look, simple to use, not bad to clean as well. Maintenance very easy compared to other similar machines. Cons: not many settings available for the coffee, only the quantity for the milk. Slow and noisy. You can only make one coffee one at a time, if you make two coffees it grinds twice.I think is made with a german method: essential and sturdy. The full price compared to the competitors is excessive for the item settings and coffee quality.
