Real cayenne
First thing I did was pop open a capsule and taste it. It is real cayenne for sure. If I had known any better I would have had some scrambled eggs pre-made to sprinkle it on. :) A word of caution, make sure to take with plenty of water to ensure they go "all the way down". I made the mistake of taking them dry and had to take some calcium. If taken with water, they have no after effect whatsoever. Highly recommend!
