ULTRALOQ U-Bolt Pro WiFi Fingerprint Smart Lock with Handle, Remote Access

The install was as simple as any other deadbolt and handle install on a door. The programming was easy to set a combo and use fingerprint to lock or unlock is what I wanted. The finish looks great as well. The app interaction is pretty straightforward and the lock can integrate into all other camera and alarm “scenes” if you want add that into the mix of automated actions at a house. I kept it pretty basic for now but it was well worth the cost to me to have automated door locking functions.

I absolutely love Ultraloq! This is a welcome addition to my smart home. i consider this one of the best options out there. I plan on buying them for every door. Works seamlessly with Alexa. I can lock and unlock anytime I want, at home or away. The app is nice and reliable. it lets me know who unlocks the door. My favorite feature is that it automatically detects when I come home and unlocks the door for a brief period for me to enter. Makes taking groceries in a breeze. No keys required, just your phone. If you don't have your phone, you can input your code on a lit keypad or use your fingerprint. Easy to install, looks good and works great. Oh yeah, probably a feature you didn't know you need: it takes four AA batteries. Some locks require charging via usb-c port. Very inconvenient. Ultraloq is ahead of the game in every way. I did my research and landed on this. This is their premium model. If you think it's expensive(it isn't), you can opt for a lower model and I can guarantee you will be happy.

5 stars for support and the lock itself. I ordered the bundle that came with the door handle as I wanted both changed and to match. The smart lock itself and app are good quality, easy enough to setup and work as intended. My issue was with the door handle. Both my wife and 9 y/o daughter kept getting stuck in/out of the house because the inner handle mechanism didn’t always retract the latch. Rather than leave a bad review in order to get it fixed, I just contacted them on their website. Had to send a copy of the receipt/invoice and a short video showing the problem. They quickly had a new handle sent and I had it installed within 3 days of contacting them. Great customer support. And a great lock!

I thought the product was great. It worked well initially and now I'm totally locked out. The handle is not operational. Turns out the battery needed to be changed. No alerts or notifications to change the battery. After changing the battery it is working fine.

I got an ULTRALOQ U-Bolt Pro WiFi Fingerprint Smart Lock and the features are nifty as you can operate the door with a hard key blade (backup), a numeric keypad, your smartphone and even with your fingerprint. Made the come and go of everyone in the house including the maids much easier. Initially had an issue with the deadbolt that wouldn’t operate properly but Sally at support came to the rescue and got me a replacement. Apparently they had a bad batch at manufacturing but it’s all fixed and working now. I appreciate the quick response and Sally staying on it to make sure that I had it all working in the end.

We had to replace the lock less than one month from original purchase with a new one, new one still required monthly resets and was still glitchy about whether it would lock/unlock. 5 months later and now it doesn’t lock at all and bolt fell apart in my hands when trying to service it. Highly recommend buying something of better quality for the price it’s asking.

U-Bolt Pro Wifi was working as advertised for over a year. Then, after a firmware update, I was unable to connect the app to the lock via bluetooth impairing its functionality. Customer Service immediately replaced the affected parts without delay. Problem resolved. It's nice to see a company stand by its product.

Worked great, until it didn't. 2 years i've been working great, and then it needed an update. Got 1 of the 3 locks I have updated the other two, wouldn't update. I'm pretty self-sufficient, in figuring things out couldn't get these 2 to work. So when I called, they stated, they would send 2 new locks. After being on the phone with them for an hour, come to find out they sent me another email, stating they needed the purchase receipt once they received that they stated. Oh, it's out of warranty, yet. They claimed the warranty is lifelong. Buyer, beware.

Great packaging, the item arrived whole and undamaged, I recommend the seller.
