As a transpersonal psychotherapist I spent 15 years working with addiction, many of those years working within various establishments frustrated using traditional addiction models, whilst knowing I had other tools that I was unable to utilise whilst working within the system, so I left. Brilliant book to help go beyond any sort of addiction or self judgment.
Wonderful book, well written and very insightful but most importantly with lots of practical empowering tools to move you forward. Highly recommend it.
