Epiphany LA Women's Push Up Padding Inserts for Swimsuits, Sports Bras and Clothing

These were so easy to use and very natural looking. They adapted to the shape of my swimsuit and stayed in place, and gave a nice natural lift. Highly recommend especially for a good shape and boost!

Haven't gotten a chance to swim with them yet but they fit in my bathing suit well and will make a bathing suit I was going to give away (I didn't want to use it because I didn't realize I had bought a suit online with no returns without any significant padding/lining so it shows embarrassingly too much even before wet) useable. Also more flattering so two thumbs up before I even go swimming and they seem solid and well made. I probably could have used even one size up if they made it because even though I have a tiny rib cage I'm a natural 30e and accurate width gives support to natural larger cups, but the d is much better than the average a padding most suits have that only cover a tiny triangle of your breasts.

WOW! I am so happy about this product. It's comfortable, easy to insert properly in your bra and stays put. If you are a smaller bust size and/or need a lift because things aren't so lifted anymore (lol), this works GREAT! It exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend to buy. Game-changer.

Went off the size chart- way too big- does not stay in place esp in a swim suit! Disappointing

They were too big to fit into my bikini top. I suggest you Order your regular size and not size up. Well made just too big

The media could not be loaded.  LOVE THESE. I was nervous it wouldn’t look natural or they would be uncomfortable but they are actually perfect for me. They are just the right amount of support - enough to provide a noticeable and natural-looking lift. I easily swapped out my swimsuits and sports bras inserts with these. The material is also soft and comfortable, and I barely even notice they're there. Do yourself a favor and get them!! You won’t regret it.The packaging is also so thoughtfully designed and really cute. Everything feels super high quality especially the inserts.I’m in between a 36B and 34C and I went with the B size after reading some other reviews and I’m glad I did!

These are hands-down the most amazing inserts I've ever experienced! I swim almost every day and have been wearing sportsd bras as tops for the bikini bottoms I make myself. If you've purchased sports bras or worn bathing suits with inserts, you've undoubtedly experienced some very underwhelming insets that either make you look deformed, have to be tossed because of creases, or hold water like a sponge and drip embarassingly after a swim.These inserts have none of those issues-- and have the incredible added bonus of actually creating a very modest and natural-looking cleavage, even for those of us with very little to begin with in the way of breasts. I am both totally astonished and unspeakably pleased!

Super comfortable and natural looking. I’ll be honest, I was a bit nervous about wearing these (I’m a D-cup…wasn’t sure if pushing up would be too much) but the amount of “push up” was perfect, they stayed in place, and weren’t visible under my bra or my bikini top. With a shirt over my bra, even one that isn’t low cut, they give me a perkier and smoother look. I wore them the other day for 7 hours and they stayed super comfortable - it didn’t feel like I was wearing anything extra. I love that they can be worn swimming, and even the packaging they arrived in was lovely. I live in Canada and mine arrived within 4 days of placing my order. Based on my experience, I definitely recommend these!

I have smaller breasts, but I look totally flat when wearing athletic tops and bras. I was looking for something that I could insert into shelf bra pockets to give me some curves back. These do just that! They fit perfectly into my Lululemon and Hallara tops and bras without looking outrageous. They give me a natural look and shape. I gave four stars because as another reviewer mentioned, they are rather rigid… I even have slight heart imprints on my chest when I change at night! Not uncomfortable though. I’ll probably buy another set. Overall really pleased! P.S. - follow the size chart

These are exactly what I was expecting. The package arrived extremely quickly (much sooner than expected) and the packaging was excellent. Love the little hearts on the inside too. Great product, highly recommend!

Honestly I didn’t find these any different than the free ones I get inside a bra
