Let me start by saying the manual is horrible. A setup video would be great. There are small o-rings that need to go in the tip of the nozzle before you screw on the attachment spigot. If you fail to install the o-ring you will get a spitting stream of water. Once you do that it works like champ. I should dock this item by one star, but I know good manuals are hard to create, the video would help. Even on TDRSUPER web site lacks any good information or tutorial. Also there is inlet port/tube on the back. you need to drop the filter end into a gallon of distilled water to fill the water tank. I recommend this for cleaning many small items with steam.

Directed steam. Well made case. I have no issues using this unit. I feel safe when it is in operation (live steam can be a very dangerous thing). Does a wonderful job of cleaning delicate parts. A very good buy

I rebuild carburetors, I guess you could say for fun based on how much money I make. I never liked the harsh chemicals and only use them when there is no other option. I clean everything with a jewelry steam cleaner than put the parts in a ultrasonic bath overnight. This cleans all but the most stubborn stuff out. I have a commercial jewelry steamer I have used on jewelry, eyeglasses and other odd things for the last 20 years, and it works well but is getting old. I saw this steam machine had a handheld nozzle and I was hooked. The handheld nozzle makes the complete process much easier for me. This machine heats up fast and produces a good stream of steam. Back in the day my old machine was close to 1k and this one is just as good. I am pleased and I would buy this machine again. 5 STARS

This thing is so useful. I can use it to clean jewelry but it also can be used to gently clean things like broken ceramics etc before gluing them back together. Very useful.
