Pretty easy to set up. Just a little time consuming. But that's to be expected, given what it is and the size of it. Instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Great functionality and look of the curtains and bug screen when all set up. It looks really nice and we spend a lot of time out there now.One unfortunate thing though, was that about 3/4 of the way through assembly, I noticed all 4 of the vertical pillars had some pretty decent dents in them a few feet up from the bottom. Once you notice them, you can't stop noticing them... This of course was no fault of the manufacturer/seller, but from mishandling somewhere along the way during shipping. I'm still giving the product 5 stars though, because the seller was very quick to respond, apologetic, and sent out 4 new pillars right away. So yea it may be a bummer to find a damaged part in such a heavy box full of metal, but there's no need to worry with the seller doing a great job in backing their product. Still very happy with the product and the purchase.

I ordered this for my 12 X 12' deck so I could use it more often. I wanted shelter from hot sun, rain and bugs. This gazebo has accomplished all these things and I might never get anything done in my house again as I have been enjoying my new "3 season" space for hours!I'm really glad I didn't get one of the aluminum structures from a competing brand. This Gazebo is made of very solid metal and all the foundational supports are square, not round and I think they will hold up to anything! I love that there is an option to attach to a wooden deck because that's where our structure is.Aside from being very solid and well built, this is a beautiful Gazebo. It blends in with the house and allows me to still have a view of our yard from inside our house. The attention to detail is excellent with a "skirt" under the eaves which hides the rods and loops of the attached screen and privacy curtains. There are big bands of fabric to hold one or both of the curtains (privacy and screen) everything zips up easily and the ventilation is great.There are small grommet holes toward the eves of the roof which is necessary to prevent water from pooling on the roof. But the roof is so well constructed that even during a downpour this morning, very little water came through the little holes because it ran so smoothly off the roof. I was able to hang out with a friend for coffee this morning and we stayed dry and mosquito free.The Gazebo was easy to assemble but it is important to read all the directions carefully. The only frustrations in assembly were when I messed up because I didn't follow the directions! With the exception of needing my husband to lift the structure onto it's legs and to stretch the fabric roof onto the beams, I was able to do this all myself. The canvas is very challenging to stretch onto the final support beam. This is necessary so that the surface is taut and doesn't sag during rain. It was easier to remove the top little tier from the rest of the structure and put the roof onto the four corners and then re-attach it to the frame. For the main rooftop, my husband used one of the loops at the corner and threaded the cord used to stake it down into the loop and pulled with all his might and I was easily able to slide over the post and zip up without worrying about damaging the pockets.I'd like to add that the customer service on this product was excellent. When it arrived, I was missing some of the roof support beams. I emailed the company and had a response within 12 hours and two days later I had the parts I needed. I was very impressed with this prompt response and wouldn't hesitate to do business with this company again!

The gazebo is very reasonably priced, absolutely beautiful and the material is very nice/ high quality! It is sturdy and was not difficult to put together (2 of us put together) I ordered the gray and it looks exactly like the color in the photo. I can tell that it is going to withstand the strong winds due to the sturdy parts. There were no issues or missing parts. I really like the grey lining around the netting so if I want to block the sun I can. The corner ties are a very nice touch and it adds a bit of elegance. Bugs have not been able to get in because the netting is from the top to the bottom. I also added lights on the interior- there is a hook in the middle that you can hang a light from! I also like that you can bolt it to the ground for more sturdiness. It arrived sooner than anticipated. I accidentally ordered two, and when I contacted the seller, they responded immediately and worked with me. Because of the excellent experience I had from the seller this will definitely be my go to spot for items that I need that they sell. I would highly recommend!

Despite it being a project to stand up the outer frame by myself, the directions were clear and once you finish one leg, you get through the other three with no problem. And then the rest comes together quite quickly. One bar for the mosquito net had a hole that was misaligned, but I was able to order a replacement without any hassle. In addition, all of the curtains are done in a modular way, so you can choose to install them later or not at all.I've gone through a few weeks of heavy rain and so far everything underneath has remained dry. I'm waiting on winter to see how the canopy holds up against heavy snow. I'll update my post afterwards.
