The first thing that struck me on this scooter was how *fast* it goes! I was actually surprised at the power that it has, even just on the first speed level. This thing really zips!When this arrived, it came incredibly well packaged with loads of padding and even a wooden frame inside of the box for extra support. Pulling it out, it was further secured with foam padding blocks and everything being securely zip-tied together.Assembly for this machine was a breeze! I have assembled several electric vehicles, and this was the easiest by far. I did not even need the manual for the majority of it. The information in the manual is written clearly and concisely, and thoroughly details all that one would need to know. The scooter also came with a very quality tool kit so that one would not need to dig up a single tool to put this together. And the tools are not of the cheap and flimsy sort that usually come with these kits but are actually sturdy and solid and will probably last the life of the scooter.Another thing noted was the nice wide and roomy base for standing on. This felt very sturdy while riding, and the low profile also lends for a lot of stability, in such that I would absolutely not be worried in taking this on some fairly rugged trails. It also has a wide range of adjustability to the seat and handlebars and worked well for my petite 5' frame but would easily accommodate someone over 6' just as well.It also has some fun extras that are very appreciated, like a neat little bell, and best of all a decently sized basket attached to the back. This would be just perfect for zipping up to the market or running some errands around town. The front headlamp is nice and bright, and it comes with several reflectors for added safety. It has a variety of functions on the control panel that will keep track of your overall miles, miles for a specific trip, voltage rating and a timer. And to top it all off, this folds up nicely for easy transport. Toss it in the trunk and take it along for some great adventures!This is such a neat machine! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone that is looking for a fun and affordable way to commute to and from work, run errands, or just zip around out on the trails!

Less than 15 minutes total. Also includes an entire tool kit with wrenches, screwdriver, Allen keys, and zip ties. Literally everything you need to assemble and maintain.Build Quality - very solid. Not flimsy at all, comparable to other scooters twice the price. Easily adjustable to suit riding position.The fun part - riding this thing is a blast! Smooth power delivery, much better than others I have tried. It feels very balanced. I like how you can adjust the 3 speed settings on the fly. Good stability, feels just as good riding while seated or standing. Bright headlight and taillight for evening cruises.Overall - I love this thing and will try to convince my wife to get a matching one to ride together. The media could not be loaded. I will start off by saying in the beginning I had no problems with the scooter, it ran well and got my cousin back and forth to work but only for 2 weeks. The first week we were on vacation and it just set in the box until we got back. All of the sudden mid trip on her way back home it stopped working, it was fully charged the lights were the only thing that was working on it at that point. I have never had a problem getting items replaced from Amazon at all, and I have been a loyal customer for many many years! Amazon put me in touch with the seller of this scooter to try to get a solution. Here is why the zero stars, this seller only got back with me once a day through email and by asking idiotic questions repeatedly. It really felt like they were stalling knowing the return date was coming up soon. I finally got tired of the run around and just returned the scooter through Amazon, but I was only wanting a replacement which is why I couldn't figure out for the life of me why the once a day email questions and this had been happening for a week! Save your time and money and find something different, in case of your item malfunctioning you don't have the same headache I have had!

Really nice scooter with enough power to get you to your destination.I bought this to get me from point A to point B and it this scooter does it perfectly. The build quality is great, idk the top speed but it goes fast enough that I wasn’t disappointed. The rear basket is a nice useful feature along with the foldable handle bar. It comes with a long cable charger that doesn’t look cheap. I’m happy with my purchase.Notes: the way the brake levers are set up is a bit weird. The throttle and rear brakes are on the same side and for me that doesn’t work because I prioritize using the rear brakes and then the front if I need the extra stopping power. Easy fix though, I just switch the levers over and it fixed me problem.

I am not Amazon prime and the scooter was still delivered in just one day. The packing was great, very well sealed and all scooter components well protected. It is easy to assemble. Actually It took me more time to unpack and remove all the protections than assembling the scooter itself. It also comes with a few tools to be used for adjusting the seat, back light and basket. The first battery charge was completed in less than 30 minutes. The key is convenient, but sometimes it is not easy to access, as it is close to the battery and under the scooter structure. Initially it was not turning on as I positioned the key as "UNLOCK" instead of "ON", but It was easy to realize after I crouched down a bit and took a good look at it. The materials and the scooter structure look really good. The scooter is agile, brakes are good and responds very well to my weight (165lbs). I do suggest wearing a helmet. Great scooter overall.
