I definitely like this version a lot better. The last version seemed to be much more cheaply made the eclipse could easily break if you weren’t careful when you changed the batteries. Speaking of batteries, I haven’t had a long enough to put the batteries to the test, but I hope these will last longer. So far good Pros: Works much better than the last version. Easy to use. Seems much sturdier than previous version. Can mount anywhere, even on glass. Cons: It’s wider than the last version so there could be limitations on where you can mount it. We had to change where we mounted it, now it’s a little more hidden so it actually worked out.

I can lock or unlock this remotely even when I’m in a different state. No I don’t need to use that often, if I do, it’s pretty convenient. I definitely like this version a lot better. The last version seemed to be much more cheaply made the eclipse could easily break if you weren’t careful when you changed the batteries. Speaking of batteries, I haven’t had a long enough to put the batteries to the test, but I hope these will last longer. So far good Pros: Works much better than the last version. Easy to use.
