Good product for the price. Took 2 people about an hour to set up. Kids are loving it.

The kids love the zip line, but it was a challenge to set up. The directions are poor at best. It would have been a HUGE help to have a step-by-step video that could be viewed on a cell phone to avoid the time-consuming adjustments we had to make. We found a few YouTube videos that were somewhat helpful, but they weren't for this specific set up. Even with the rachet strap, we're having trouble getting the line tight enough for adult users. The trolley often derails as a result. We have an 80-foot run, so it takes muscles that we apparently lack. The rope length on the seat is too long for the kids, but it can be knotted underneath to make it shorter. One safety note that may help someone - I wish I'd raked the path under the zip line before the kids used it. The fence installers left a small piece of sharp metal on the ground which was covered by leaves that went through a child's shoe and punctured her foot. She's fine, but it could have been avoided. You never know what's under the leaves.Bottom line: The materials are good. We have no complaints there. If we ever get the line taught enough, it will be a great zip line.

I was installing the other day for my grandchildren, and as I was laying out the cable, I ended up cutting my hand due to cuts in a couple of individual wires that are twisted together to make the cable. My grandchildren won’t be grabbing cable, so they shouldn’t be affected. Just need to use extreme caution when installing and un-installing. Going to inspect cable regularly to ensure it doesn’t get worse and become a safety issue.After my original review the vendor sent me a replacement cable. I am very pleased with their quick response to the problem. My grandchildren love this zip line, spending hours outdoors away from electronic devices.

The media could not be loaded. Highly recommend. Easy to use and a huge hit with my kids from ages 2.5-15.

My daughters love it! So it was worth the pain in the a$$ to install it!Putting the unlooped end of the cable through the hose/tree protector was unnecessarily difficult. The harder you try, the more the cable frayed, making it even more difficult. Eventually I gave up trying and decided not to use it the hose/tree protector. Solution: make the hose have a larger inside diameter. Even a slight increase would have helped a lot and led to a better review.

Kids had a blast with this kit.

Haven't tried to put it up, but looks great.
