2024 Unblock Tech UBOX11 Upgraded

This device is great to use after cutting the cable tv service. It is just what my hubby wanted! He can watch whichever show/movie he wants. Only issue, all the wording is in Chinese. But otherwise the app is easy to navigate.

unit runs extremely hot, pause(stop) function does not work, its a defective unit.returned the box within 24 hours.

The new remote did not work properly even on a full new battery. Buttons would need to be pressed hard even to do anything, and when the machine responds, it would skip or scroll. Have to return the entire thing, no option to exchange the remote. For something so pricy, and takes so much work to set up, I am not sure this is worth the trouble and the money.

UB11 has better hardware improved interface, and running android 12, but I found my older UB9 is more stable with a lot less crashes. No need to upgrade if your older system is working. The new remote has blue tooth feature but pairing is tricky and documentation is not available. Default is infrared control but terrible ! I was able to find the bluetooth pairing info on Youtube and it is day and light difference in controlling your box with the remote. Also do your research before committing to buy. One of the Youtube reviews show some seller include a bluetooth fly-mouse (keyboard with touch pad) and a password to access premium movie or adult contents. This seller only send me the UB11 box. Overall, it is a better box but weigh it against the upgrade price and which seller is more generous with their offerings.

I have tried some other brand but the quality is not as good as this one. This one the TV drama always been updated and the live TV is non-stop. Anytime you want to watch foreign channel, you can always find one that suitable for you. My family like this item.

I had a lot of troubles to install this equipment and tried million ways to get some helps but to no avail! So I am going to return it!!
