Repels Water Like Crazy
This is definitely the most repellant umbrella I’ve ever owned. Opening/closing takes some getting used to just because of its nontraditional design, but the process is smooth overall. I still prefer to open mine up to dry in the basement when I get home, but it really does stand up by itself.

Buen producto resistente y de buena calidad
Es muy buen material y muy resistente pero algo pequeño, sirve para cubrir perfectamente a una persona de baja estatura

Easy to use
With this umbrella I no longer get wet when I close it. It closes upside down, so to speak, so water doesn’t drip on you it is contained in the umbrella because it closes upward instead of downward. Kind of hard to explain but I love it. Have bought for friends that’s how good I think it is. This is my second one.

Field of view is constantly disrupted by velcro strap dangling
Everything is fabulous, EXCEPT the velcro strap that constantly dangles in front of you when the umbrella is open. It would be nice if the manufacturer altered the orientation of this strap, or just the handle itself. It's a simple fix that costs nothing while improving the customer's experience with the product.

Clever design and well constructed too
I have to admit that I was skeptical at first. But I’m a believer. Not a trace of doubt in my mind. 😬. My wife is one of those people that cannot get her hair wet, not even damp, not even for a quick run from porch to car in a mist, let alone a downpour. She absolutely must, must have an umbrella up, even for the 20 feet she has to travel. And she struggles with umbrella, purse, car door, etc when she gets there. And the loser in all this is my car interior. In her process, she leaves the door open, soaking the interior part of the door, and part of the seat, while struggling to get in with an umbrella up, and the try to close it (down) and then dumps a dripping umbrella on me, the console, the back seat, anything else that gets in way. And she ends up wet a little too. So the whole thing is a fail. Enter the Rapel Reverse Folding Umbrella. The fact that it folds up instead of down, is huge. So now, wife runs to car, opens door, holds umbrella up and over, protecting the door and her hair, slides into her seat, and quickly folds the umbrella up, making it instantly slim, in a narrow door opening, and pulls it inside, trapping the rain on the inside, and putting a dry sided umbrella into the car. No drips. No water everywhere as above. It’s quick and neat. The umbrella is solidly constructed, and works well as advertised. It has a lifetime guarantee, which cinched it up for me. If you research, many similar umbrellas on Amazon have little or no warranty. My wife likes the sky and clouds design on the inside fabric. The exterior is black, but there are 2 layers the black and the blue, and the exterior is Teflon coated so nothing will stuck to it. This is an absolute genius idea and overdue. You have hair/moisture issues like my wife, this is the one you want.
