This minicam surprised me with all the features it came with especially at such a low price. I am a retired IT professional and I am an expert in electronic devices of all kinds. First of all the picture quality in HD mode is amazing for such a small device. Installing the app on 2 smartphones was no problem at all. The 64 GB SD card I installed seems to hold days and days of recording without filling up. Playback features are easy and I can pop the SD card out put it in my PC and review from there. I like the alarm feature with motion detection so I don't waste storage space and I'm alerted whenever someone is detected in the range of the camera. I like the fact that you can record out of range of Wi-Fi then bring the camera back and play back at home. On the minus side this model doesn't have night vision and while it works at night doesn't have the kind of resolution I hoped for. I also find the long ribbon cable connecting the lens to be a bit awkward to manage and position and would recommend a stiffer type of mounting. All in all I am very pleased with the performance, the video quality, all the bells and whistles and especially the price of this device and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality minicam at a very reasonable price. And finally the customer support has been first rate. They have answered my inquiries and questions immediately and have been friendly and knowledgeable and their replies. This camera is so cool. It’s absolutely tiny and can be hidden almost anywhere. You could literally and easily hide this in a stuffed animal or almost any toy or object. It’s actually quite fun trying to find creative ways of hiding this. The video quality is great too. It also has night vision which I’m not even sure how it does. I don’t see any ir lights on this tiny cam. One thing to keep in mind. If u want to add the camera to a different device it will not just show in the app. U just add it manually using the camera id number.

The level of support and product integrity has been amazing, rarely seen now days. Zero problems with the device and outstanding response when we have questions about the use of this product. The online manual and downloadable PDF files are truly well written and clear to understand, another really great feature. I don’t like the fact they lied about 4k and it not even 1k and not voice and the view angle is 90 degrees or less. I’m not happy
