Amazing 👌
I honestly did not have high hopes for a $35 knife. I was looking for something that was full tang, very thick metal, lanyard hole, high carbon, and this type of cut. (Drop point?). Every time I found the perfect product it would be missing something from my list. Finally stumbled on this one, and there was a bonus - it had bone and wood handle. I still didn't have high hopes, because I expected a Damascus, bone handle, thick metal knife, to be several hundred dollars at the least. When I received the knife, in my Amazon locker, I was already surprised by the weight. After untaping about five layers of protective plastic and cellophane and more plastic and tape, and then some more tape, and then another bag... Lolol. I found this beautiful knife! It definitely looks handmade to me, because there are parts that are not precisely centered, not anything huge or that you would even be able to tell when using the knife. Just visually..The blade and tang are massively thick, maybe 3/16 of an inch without me measuring. The Damascus seems to be completely real not just etched or printed. All of the brass pins holding the handle on are polished and smooth. Everything is just very very nice on this knife!I have not had time to go split wood or anything with this, so I don't know what to say about the sturdiness as of yet. But I can say, the knife came pretty dull. I spent about 30 minutes, with a varying grit diamond hone, and afterward I used a standard kitchen knife sharpening steel for about 100 strokes on each side. From the tiny amount that I know about Damascus, this is 50% high carbon steel and 50% nickel, therefore very easy to sharpen. I can still see the pattern in the depths of where I sharpened the blade, that's what makes me think that this is true Damascus. The pictures that I took, are AFTER I sharpened the knife myself. Out of the box You probably couldn't cut tape with it. And now I can cut the hair off my wrists. If you are looking at getting one of these, just go ahead and get this one - you will not be disappointed! I'm still looking at this thing and wondering how it is sold for so cheap.

Incredible value, construction, and versitility.
This is an exceptionally made product. I am blown away by the value to price ratio on this knife. Any review that says this isn't true Damascus is false. There are some small (non problematic) delaminations in the blade that are indicative to this type of forging. (See attached picture)If you buy this knife, be prepared to do some edge work. This is not an "out of the box razor." I would estimate that i spent about 2 hours between a whetstone, diamond steele, ceramic, and stropping leather to get a shaving edge. But, once you have it, it holds up to anything from skinning, bushcraft, and light batoning. This is not a wood processing knife. This is an everyday carry utility. If you're an enthusiast who has the know-how to put a solid covex edge on it, you will not be disappointed. The leatherwork on the sheath is first class, and the handle construction is ergonomic, precise, functional, and beautiful.I can't believe that I got this kind of quality for this price. A must buy for any outdoorsman.

Simply Awesome
This knife is worth 3x what they are charging for it. Very heavy, solid built, beautiful in appearance, razor sharp.. you could shave your face with it. I am very impressed and happy.. and that is saying alot because i am extremely picky. I purchased another Damascus knife at the same time as this one, that was double the price, and this one was better! Wow. The leather sheath is also really great, high quality leather and looks really good. Overall, especially for the price, I give this product a 10/10. Grab one while you can I would say, before I buy the rest for friends and family.

Knife and sheath that's well worth the money
It is a beautiful knife indeed! This is probably the coolest knife I've ever bought. It is very thick and heavy, but even with the thick blade it came to me very sharp. The sheath is really nice too. I proudly wear this knive on my belt. The blade has some tiny spots of the epoxy that was used on the handle, but its hardly noticeable. It could probably be taken off, but I'm not worried about it.

Can't beat it
Great knife, I have bought several from this company and this is one of my favorites. I have these more as a collection than putting them to use so I can't comment of the ruggedness of the handle or blade. Not real sharp but all around a very nice knife for the price. Two thumbs up for the sheath.
