The media could not be loaded.  I got this oxygen concentrator for my dad who has COPD, and so far it's been working well for him. The adjustable flow settings are a big plus - you can dial in the exact level of oxygen you need, from 1 to 6 liters per minute. The percentage of oxygen delivered at each setting is clearly listed, which takes the guesswork out of finding the right level.One thing I really appreciate is how quiet this machine is. At less than 45 decibels, it's barely noticeable, especially compared to some other models we've tried. My dad can keep it running at night without it disturbing his sleep, which is a huge relief.The LCD touch screen is a nice modern touch. It's easy to read and navigate, even for someone like my dad who's not super tech-savvy. You can adjust all the settings right on the screen, or use the included remote control if you prefer.I like that it has a built-in timer function. You can set it to run for a specific duration (up to 4 hours) and it'll automatically shut off when time's up. Handy for taking naps or just conserving energy.The anion function is supposed to help purify the air, which seems like a nice bonus feature. Can't say I've noticed a huge difference in air quality, but it certainly doesn't hurt!One potential downside - this machine is strictly AC powered, no battery option. So you'll need to keep it plugged in at all times. Not a huge deal for home use, but something to keep in mind if you need a more portable solution.Size-wise, it's fairly compact and easy to move around thanks to the built-in handle. It fits nicely next to my dad's bed without taking up too much space. Just be aware that it does have some heft to it at about 15 pounds - not exactly lightweight, but manageable.Overall, this oxygen concentrator has been a solid choice for my dad's needs. The adjustable flow, quiet operation, and user-friendly controls are all big positives in my book. If you don't need battery power and can handle the weight, it's definitely worth considering. The machine isn't worth the price and feels like poorly made, and it doesn't deliver consistent oxygen levels. I have to return it.

The media could not be loaded.  This has not only been great for me when I'm at home but when I go out traveling too. I tend to get out of breath due to some health issues and this truly has helped. I'm able to sit back and relax, all while getting the oxygen my body needs. Its versatile by allowing me to either use the nasal cannula or the non-rebreather mask, depending on my needs. The machine is a bit heavy, but it's manageable and very straightforward to operate. While on, it is quite enough that if I need to use this at night, no one in my room gets woken up. What's great about this concentrator is that I can have it running for several hours and not have to worry about it shutting off randomly or overheating. The touchscreen on this is super easy to use and doesn't require me to have to press the screen hard in order for it to work either. What's also great is that if I do want to set a timer, I can. The only thing is that I wouldn't recommend this for taking while doing errands as it does need to be plugged in continuously in order for it to work. Since I mainly use this for at home use, I don't have to worry about that. However, if I do want to move this to a different room, I can but I can also take this with me when I'm traveling out of town.

the machine looks like air purifier， not like oxygen machine because not oxygen come out，my family dont like it，not value to spend that much money，the voice is very loud，quality is not that good that we thought， not recommend

The media could not be loaded.  My husband uses 2.5 liters from his continuous flow oxygen concentrator every night to sleep. We pay almost $30 a month to rent a machine and since we are planning a train trip across the country needed something extremely quiet, small and lightweight to take with is. It is important it doesn’t produce too much heat for our little tiny living spaces.This machine is too noisy (louder than a fluttering butterfly, louder than my refrigerator and dishwasher combined and louder than the noisy heat box we are renting)The touch panel feels weak and the instructions are in a confused form of English. The voice telling you what buttons you have pushed is loud and difficult to understand.The styrofoam packing was extremely light and so weak it was in pieces which may explain the various reviews with item not working. I really wanted to give this a try. I’m hoping they will send another one and box it better! (Especially since it takes 30 days to get a refund after they receive it and it only gives you a pay back to your credit card not Amazon credit.)

This allows you to breathe better in your own home. It's not portable but will work anywhere you have a outlet to be able to plug it into. It comes with the oxygen tubes along with the face mask. It's easy to control the air flow and the speed of the airflow. It allows my mom to breathe better without needing a dangerous o² tank in the house. The price is slightly high but it's expected with medical equipment and especially an oxygen machine

This home oxygen concentrator has plastic smell when it is running. I bought it for my mother and intended to get a good quality and easy to use but this is clearly not what I need.
