The Churches and their God Review: Thought Provoking - I'm a student of Hellinger's work and like his other books, this does not disappoint. Very short book, more like a pamphlet (roughly 100 pages), but important nonetheless. Will make the reader rethink religion in a whole new way. Non judgemental, but thought provoking. Towards the end of his life, Hellinger leaned into the metaphysical and mystical without apology. This book isn't for readers wanting strictly psychological approach. Readers of Hellinger will understand his view and how he came to it. Those who are not versed in his work should not begin with this book at the risk of finding his approach aggressive and unsubstantiated. This book offers no apology for his insights being that it is written under the assumption that the reader has enough background knowledge of the phenomenological nature of this work to approach this with a deeper understanding of how these truths present themselves. Review: Four Stars - thx

Insightful
Amazing book. In his usual fearless way Bert Hellinger is challenging the dogma of religion and the Church and as a former priest he is doing so from the inside as it were. Very insightful and enlightening.
