Love this product. The wood is thick and heavy perfect for pressing a book. The hardware was easy to put together. Nice handle for moving it from one place to another. Great job with this design.

Effective, but difficult to use
This book press works fine. I am sure it will last for generations. Functionally it is difficult to get the book into it and evenly pressed because if having four separate bolts and nuts to loosen and tighten. It is suitable for occasional use, but I would elsewhere if you have a lot of books to repair.
