Comfortable but not ideal for me
Pros - these pads are very comfortable and soft. - they are long and extend quite a way up the back so they are great for sleeping. - they are thin so they don’t show under your clothes. Cons - they don’t extend far towards the front and that is where I tend to leak. I can’t wear them further forward because the wings are in the way. - they are absorbent but not as much as night pads. When my period is really heavy I would rather wear night pads during the day especially as you can buy thin ones these days.

Comfortable, Discreet and Absorbant
This was my first purchase from the Lil-Lets brand in the sanitary towel form. I have quite heavy menstrual period and use towels at night for extra safety. These towels are large enough to hold any leaks that lying down in bed can cause to happen. The absorbency is great and I didn't feel 'wet' or feel any irritation whilst wearing it. It stayed in place all night and considering there's 10 in a pack, I found them to be a good price.
